Privacy Policy

VoxaLearn collects the minimum information needed to run the Service. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.

• Account details — your name and email address, so we can identify your account and send you service email.
• Activation and device information — your activation key, plus a device name and operating system for each device you activate. This is what lets us enforce the device limit on a key.
• Payment records — the amount, plan, status and reference for each payment. Card details are handled entirely by Paystack and never reach our servers.

To create and secure your account, issue and validate activation keys, enforce device limits, process payments and renewals, and provide support when you contact us.

We send transactional email only: a welcome message when you register, a reminder shortly before your plan expires, and a confirmation when you renew. We do not send marketing email without asking you first.

We rely on a small number of processors, each handling only what their function requires:

• Firebase (Google) — authentication and database storage.
• Paystack — payment processing.
• Resend — delivery of the transactional email described above.

Synced questions and your practice progress are stored locally on your own computer so the app can work offline.

We keep account and key records while your account is active, and payment records for as long as we are required to for financial and tax purposes. You can request deletion of your account by emailing support@voxalearn.com.

You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email support@voxalearn.com and we will respond.

If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and, where the change is significant, notify account holders by email.
