Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the VoxaLearndesktop application and website (together, the "Service"), operated by VoxaLearn. By creating an account you agree to them.

You are responsible for keeping your login details and activation key confidential. Activation keys are licensed to you personally and may not be resold, shared publicly, or transferred to another person.

Each activation key may be used on a limited number of devices. The current limit for your key is shown on your account page, where you can also remove a device to free up a slot — for example after replacing a laptop.

We may revoke a key without refund where we find evidence of fraud, chargeback abuse, or sharing a key beyond your own devices.

Payments are processed by Paystack. We do not receive or store your full card details. Prices are shown in Nigerian Naira, and the price displayed at checkout is the price you pay.

Pricing may change over time. A change never affects a plan you have already paid for — it applies only to purchases and renewals made after the change.

Renewing extends the expiry date on your existing key rather than issuing a new one. If you renew before your current plan expires, the remaining time is added to the new period rather than lost. Plans do not auto-renew — you choose when to renew.

If you were charged in error or your key was never delivered, contact support@voxalearn.com within 48 hours of the payment and we will investigate and refund where appropriate.

Practice questions are provided for personal study only. You may not redistribute, republish, or resell the question content.

We work to keep material accurate and current, but we cannot guarantee any particular exam result. The Service is a study aid, not a guarantee of performance.

The desktop app is designed to keep working offline once your questions are synced. Website and payment features depend on third-party services and may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or reasons outside our control.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where these terms are breached.

We may update these terms as the Service develops. Where changes are significant, we will let account holders know by email.
